Will Allen is the President of Origin Exterior Partners, where he is responsible for driving the performance, growth, and operating results of the overall platform. In his role, Will sets the company's strategic vision, supports its partner brands, attracts and develops talent, and builds partnerships with great businesses across the country.

Will brings deep experience building and scaling field services, home services, and multi-site businesses. Prior to joining OEP, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Right Restoration Partners, a national mitigation and restoration contractor. Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer of Helios Service Partners, a national HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing contractor. Earlier in his career, Will was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he helped companies improve field operations, accelerate digital transformation, and strengthen sales performance.

Will began his career as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army and continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve. Before joining the Army, he worked on his family's farm in Kentucky, raising corn, wheat, soybeans, and hogs.

Will earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Nick Marshall is the Pacific Northwest Regional President at Origin Exterior Partners, where he leads operations across the region. In his role, Nick is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving regional growth, and supporting the platform through enhanced in-home sales methods, purchasing synergies, and expanded product offerings.

Nick brings more than three decades of leadership experience at Rick's Custom Fencing and Decking, where he has helped grow and strengthen one of the Pacific Northwest's leading fencing and decking businesses. Prior to his tenure at Rick's, Nick held roles at the Northwest Regional headquarters of U-Haul and at Americold Corporation, now known as Lineage.

Concurrent with his career at Rick's Custom Fencing and Decking, Nick is a fifth-generation Oregon farmer. Together with his wife and eldest son, he operates Benedetto Vineyards, an award-winning vineyard, tasting room, and winery operation in Oregon's Willamette Valley.

Nick earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. He has also served his community as a member of the City of Keizer, Oregon's budget committee and as the Sportsman's Representative to the State of Oregon's Marine Board.

Nick and his wife reside outside of Dallas, Oregon, with their youngest child.

Adam Faber is the Chief Financial Officer of Origin Exterior Partners, where he is responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, capital allocation, reporting, and operational finance functions across the platform. In his role, Adam partners closely with OEP's leadership team and partner brands to support growth initiatives, drive financial performance, and build the infrastructure needed to scale a leading network of exterior services businesses.

Adam brings more than 15 years of finance, accounting, and operational leadership experience across a variety of industries. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations navigate periods of significant growth, operational transformation, and strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Origin Exterior Partners, Adam served as Chief Financial Officer of SES Foam, where he led the company's finance and administrative functions and played a key role in the successful sale of the business to a strategic acquirer. Earlier in his career, he held progressive finance leadership positions in the energy, industrial services, and manufacturing sectors, where he supported mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and large-scale operational improvement initiatives.

Adam earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Wichita State University and an MBA from Tulane University.

Slater is the Head of Human Resources at Origin Exterior Partners, where he leads the company's people strategy with a focus on scalable growth, operational alignment, compliance, and leadership development across a multi-state organization. He is responsible for building the HR infrastructure necessary to support both organic expansion and partnership integration while aligning talent strategy with long-term business objectives.

Prior to joining OEP, Slater held HR leadership roles supporting high-growth and operationally intensive businesses across multiple industries. His experience includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation strategy, compliance, and post-acquisition integration. He is known for building practical, scalable HR solutions that support business growth while maintaining operational discipline and strong employee engagement.

Slater earned his BSBA and MBA at Elizabethtown College. He served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the leadership principles and operational mindset that continue to shape his approach today. Originally from Harrisburg, PA, he now resides in Texas with his wife and four children. Outside of work, Slater enjoys college football, Liverpool FC, and supporting Pittsburgh sports teams.

Darius Shorter is the Director of Technology at Origin Exterior Partners, where he leads technology operations, infrastructure strategy, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems planning across the platform. In his role, Darius drives the company's technology vision, supports partner brands through scalable solutions, and helps build the systems and processes that enable growth across the organization.

Darius brings nearly two decades of technology and leadership experience, including almost a decade of service in the United States Army. During his military career, he served as a Staff Sergeant within Military Intelligence, Signal Communications, and Military Deception (MILDEC) organizations, completing assignments across the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, and domestic operational environments. His military experience developed a strong foundation in leadership, communications, cybersecurity, and complex operational planning.

Prior to joining Origin Exterior Partners, Darius served as a key technology integration leader at Quality Collision Group, a Susquehanna Growth Equity-backed platform, where he led technology integration strategy across a rapidly expanding, acquisition-driven organization. Throughout his career, he has focused on aligning technology with business objectives, supporting operational excellence, and building scalable platforms to support growth.

Darius earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona and completed advanced technical training at the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence. He is also a Dale Carnegie Leadership graduate and a graduate of the U.S. Army Air Assault School.

Darius lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Celeste, and their two children.

Sean Nesbit is the Integration Leader at Origin Exterior Partners, where he is responsible for helping new partner businesses successfully join and thrive within the OEP platform. In his role, Sean guides business owners and leadership teams through the partnership process, supports post-acquisition integration efforts, and helps identify opportunities to accelerate growth, drive operational excellence, and capture synergies across the platform.

Sean brings extensive experience in business operations, strategy, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has led acquisition, integration, and growth initiatives across a variety of industries, helping organizations scale while preserving the entrepreneurial cultures that drive their success. Prior to taking this Integration Leader role, Sean joined Origin Exterior Partners as the Owner and President of Fence and Deck Depot, where he led the company's growth and operational performance. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in finance, strategy, and business development with organizations including Cintas, DRS Technologies, and Isle of Capri Casinos.

Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Saint Louis University.
